EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — with one important exception.
Custom Apparel — All Sales Final
Design Your Own custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because every custom piece is made specifically for you — your colors, your text, your design — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom apparel under any circumstances. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.
Eligible for Return
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached
- Standard (non-custom) apparel returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items that arrived damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days
- Wrong item received — we'll cover return shipping and reship immediately
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom apparel (Design Your Own orders) — all sales are final
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Return

Contact Us
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Get Approval
Once approved, we'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without approval.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship to our Gulf Breeze, FL address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the return (1–3 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures you get the fastest turnaround and the item doesn't go out of stock while we process your exchange.
